CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY

The stipulated prices are net prices without VAT, postage and packaging. The minimum value is €1,000 for a first order. Shipment is made at the expense of the buyer.

We recommend placing orders by July at the latest in order to ensure punctual delivery. For orders received at a later time, longer delivery times have to be anticipated. Subject to changes due to production. We aim to deliver orders always complete in one shipment. We reserve the right, however, to make partial deliveries in exceptional circumstances. Complaints have to be communicated within 8 days upon receipt of the goods.

The goods remain our property until complete payment has been made. In case of late payment, we invoice reminder charges as well as late interest customary in banking.
