For many years, our company has successfully provided training in the following areas of work: making wooden toys, turning wood, office work and retailing. For the making of wooden toys, we have provided training in association with other partners since 2015. It teaches in-depth skills both on our own premises and elsewhere, above all at the premises of our training partner, the College for Makers of Wooden Toys in Seiffen. The training to become a state-accredited maker of wooden toys takes 3 years. The partnership training is supported by the ESF, the State of Saxony and Europe.

FULL-TIME: Paint Shop Production Operative | Start: Immediately | Location: Lauingen, Bavaria

Your tasks:

• Staining wooden parts in a drum using water-based lacquers 
• Painting wooden parts  
• Doing preparatory tasks (e.g., sanding, bleaching, etc.)
• Mixing paints and coating materials

Your profile:

• Able to work on multiple machines and to be flexibly deployed
• Ideally some technical training
• Good with your hands
• Able to work independently and reliably
• High level of quality awareness
